Description of the position
To coordinate and improve hospital research in clinical Infectious diseases and ID epidemiology. To foster the exchanges between researchers through the GEREMIE (Groupe d'Etudes et de Recherche Epidémiologique en Maladies Infectieuses et Emergentes).
Research areas: infectious diseases and perinatal health. I am currently working as clinician researcher, epidemiologist, and methodologist at the Centre for Clinical Investigation (INSERM CIC1410), CHU Saint Pierre, Reunion island. Topics of interest: epidemiology and pathogenesis of chikungunya, arboviroses, zoonoses, influenza, malaria, preterm birth, postpartum hemorrhage and chronic fatigue syndrome. Skills: designing, conducting, and analyzing epidemiological studies and clinical research
