In this talk, Pr. Adams will present ongoing projects addressing duplicated homeologous gene expression and alternatives plicing following abiotic and abiotic stress.
The study focuses on the polyploid species Brassica napus and its diploid progenitors. Three types of stress are tested: temperature, drought & fungal pathogen.
