Startup Challenge #3

L'OpenLab is a unique fablab and ecosystem for prototyping and launching exciting projects. We welcome startups, research groups, students, artists, teachers and citizens. Do you have an idea that could solve a societal or technological challenge using synthetic biology, biotechnology, the Internet of things, art-science, design or education? Great, we’d love to hear about it! Or a cool idea in a different field? We’re open to those too. (The word open is even in our name.)

We are looking for amazing and innovative projects for our third L'OpenLab Challenge. Chosen projects will be hosted at L'OpenLab with access to a co-working space and a digital fabrication lab. Our lab is fully equipped with 3D printers, computers, an electronic bench and a laser cutter. You’ll also get potential access to all sorts of high-tech equipment from our partners in academic research labs around Paris.

The program is free: you'll just need to pay for your consumables and any development costs related to your project. That’s right, we don’t even take equity. So what do we want? We ask that you fully commit to L’Openlab and use some of your time and skills to help the other projects and startups. We believe in a truly collaborative, peer-to-peer ecosystem.

We’ve already accelerated over 30 startups and DIY projects from students, researchers, entrepreneurs, teachers and more. Will your project be next?
