Une voix luxuriante comme la sécheresse au service d’un rock qui n’oublie pas ses chansons. Un son direct et une sophistication prête à se faire maltraiter.Un quatuor rassemblé par les lois de la Nature, par l’obsession du Rock n’ roll, celui qui « ro...ule » autant qu’il explose. Une fourmi dans un tas de purin, une aiguille dans le foin du siècle.

THE RESIDENT CARDS (indie folk pop / lisbonne - londres)

The Resident Cards are Dana Boulé and Erica Buettner, two American wanderers from the worlds of punk and folk who met each other by random chance in Paris, France. Their paths could not have been more different but they took an instant liking to each other’s music and as strangers in a strange land, they quickly became friends. Dana came to Paris from the Brooklyn punk scene, having fronted several punk bands (Stupid, The Sobs and Dirty Magazine) and having broken several accordions and keyboards whilst regularly being thrown out of clubs. Upon arrival in Paris under the misty grey of winter, she realized life has a softer side and released her first solo album Going, Gone in 2009. Her music has been featured in Woody Allen’s Midnight In Paris and she has scored several feature films, multiple short films and various commercials for clients including MTV Networks. The Resident Cards look to summer 2013 for the release of We Won’t Leave Any Trace, an album dedicated to all the courageous fish(es) out of water everywhere, songs for emigrants and immigrants of geography and spirit.
