Cancellation policy:
Si vous avez besoin d’annuler, il faut nous prévenir au moins 36 heures en avance. Car l’idée des mini groups est d’avoir 4-5 personnes pour une conversation, il est très perturbant quand un étudiant annule à la dernière minute. Si vous annulez à la dernière minute (moins de 36 heures en avance) vous serez facturé 10 euros qu’il faudra payer avant le prochain cours.
