Maud Arditti is an Alumni from the HEC incubator and started her company, SnapEvent, on the campus at a Startup Weekend a couple of years ago. The idea? Rent great locations to organize great events.
The concept seems super simple but is coming from an entrepreneurial pivot: the original idea (Cook & Meet) was the Airbnb for food as you could book people's tables for dinners. It turned out people were more interested in locations and with her cofounder, Maud saw this great opportunity to switch the concept. Was does this "pivot" mean?
